I always like to experiment with different techniques and methods. This plates were made in maiolica technique.

Maiolica is an old decorating method, when you drawing with pigments on unfired glaze like on a canvas. During the firing pigments and glaze are melted together and became a one layer. 

I made these plates in honour to my love to Italy 💙
